Sino-German joint venture incorporated in July 2002 by Heraeus Holding and Shandong Luxin Group and Heraeus Zhaoyuan Precious Metal Materials Co., Ltd. The main business scope of company is manufacturing and sales of gold bonding wires, evaporating gold, Al–wires, Ag-wires, evaporating silver, etc. The company is located at Changshu Economic Development Zone near greater Shanghai regain. Thanks for importing advanced equipments from European and introducing the advanced process & management kills from Heraeus ,Germany. The product reached world advanced stardands. The company now has Fujitsu Nantong, Changdian Jiangsu, Huarun Wuxi, CTS Tianjin etc as her customers.
